Sellevate
Growth programs

Four programs. Pick your band.

Every Sellevate program runs the same four-stage engine at different intensity. Which one is yours is a fact about your business size, not a sales conversation, the bands mirror how the ABS sizes Australian business.

The engine inside every program

Same machine, different throttle. Base Camp installs it. Ascent runs it. Summit races it. Range defends the lead.

01
Get Found

Rank and bid where your buyers actually search: Google Business Profile, local SEO, search ads.

02
Get Chosen

A fast site, pages that answer the exact question asked, and reviews that outnumber the competitor’s.

03
Get Booked

Click-to-call, short forms, response-time discipline. Most agencies stop at the click, jobs are won at intake.

04
Know What Paid

Every enquiry tracked to its source and the job it became. Cost per enquiry, cost per signed client.

Terms that don't change by band

90 days, then month-to-month
The first 90 days build the engine. After that we earn the fee every month, or you leave. No lock-ins, no exit fees.
No mark-up on ad spend
What you pay Google or Meta is what they receive. Our fee is our fee, stated on the call.
Area exclusivity for trades
One client per trade per defined service area on paid lead generation. Your suburbs are named in the engagement.
Six new clients a month
That's our onboarding cap, and it's why the audit comes first. We only take businesses we can genuinely move.

Proof you can check.

We publish two client results, both read from inside the client’s own admin with their permission. Both are online stores. The method is the one we run for service businesses: track every enquiry to the booked job first, fix the page that converts, then put the budget behind what works.

From free audits we ran for service businesses, September 2026

What we usually find in the first hour

01A Book Now button that leads to a dead pageSitewide, on a practice paying for Google Ads every day.
02Ads counting clicks as customersConversion tags firing on button presses and phone taps, so Google learns to buy the wrong clicks.
03Phone numbers a mobile cannot dialA header number formatted so that tapping it does nothing, on a business that lives on calls.
04Proof the website hidesFive stars from hundreds of Google reviews, and none of it on the pages people land on.

Questions

Why are programs based on revenue, not services?

Because the right marketing mix is a function of your stage, not a shopping cart. A $150K operator buying ads before the fundamentals exist wastes money; a $5M business running only a Google Business Profile leaves the market to competitors.

Pick the band you're in and the program is already shaped for it.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the honest price depends on your trade, your area and how contested it is, a plumber in Geelong and a dentist in Melbourne are different jobs. You get the exact number on the audit call, stated plainly, before any commitment.

What if I'm between bands?

We'll fit you on the call. The bands mirror how the ABS sizes Australian business, they're guide rails, not walls.

Are the terms the same across programs?

Yes: 90 days to build the engine, then month-to-month. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform and never marked up. And we take on six new clients a month, full stop.

Not sure which band?

That's what the audit's for. Ten minutes, free, then the findings in writing. The exact price for your program is stated on the call.
