Screenshots read from each store’s Shopify admin on 10 September 2026 and published with the owners’ permission. They are their numbers, not a promise about anyone else’s. How we publish results

Measure, convert, then scale.

The three phases in every plan we write, in this order. It is the order that made both case studies work.

01

Measure

Tracking and product content first, so every dollar of spend can be read against an order before any budget is raised. Most stores we audit are optimising toward something that is not a sale.

02

Convert

Product pages, offers, shipping thresholds and email flows fixed so the click is worth paying for. Scaling a store that converts is arithmetic. Scaling one that does not is a bonfire.

03

Scale

Google, Meta and Amazon budgets moved weekly to what earned it, judged on cost per order and margin, not headline ROAS. The winners get the money; the rest get cut.

Who this is for.

A good fit
  • You already sell online and want one team to run the whole thing.
  • You know roughly what an order is worth after costs, or want help working it out.
  • You want the numbers in writing every month, good or bad.
Not a fit
  • You want a guaranteed revenue figure. Nobody honest can give you one.
  • You want ads switched on before the tracking and the store are fixed.
  • You want a one-off campaign with nobody accountable for what it sold.

Questions

What does an e-commerce engagement include?

Whatever the store needs, in the order it needs it: tracking and product pages first, then Google, Meta and Amazon run against cost per order, then email and creative to bring buyers back. You see the plan week by week, in plain words, before anything starts.

Which platforms do you work on?

Shopify mostly, plus Amazon Australia, eBay and Etsy. The platform changes the tooling, not the method: measure, convert, then scale.

How much ad spend do we need?

It depends on your margins and your market, so we set it with you after the findings, not before. It is paid by you straight to Google and Meta, and we never mark it up. If your numbers say to fix the store before spending more, we will say that.

How is your fee set?

A flat monthly fee, set by the size of the store and the channels in the plan, and stated plainly on the call. Never a percentage of ad spend or of sales, so our invoice does not grow just because your budget did.

How fast will we see results?

Paid channels produce readable data in the first fortnight. Most of the lift comes after the tracking and the pages are fixed, which is why that happens first. Koi Koi Inbox stepped up in February and again in May; Tuff Gear built over a year. Everything in your build plan is live within 90 days, or you stop paying until it is.

Do we keep our accounts and data?

Always. The store, the ad accounts, the pixels and the email list stay in your name. We work inside them with access you can remove at any time.

Ready to scale your store?

Tell us the platform and the plateau. We will tell you honestly whether we can move it, and send the findings in writing either way.
