Riding jackets, boots, helmets and armour, sold through their own Shopify store and on Amazon.
A cat focused store beside a Noosa cattery whose guests kept asking where the tunnels, wands and bowls came from. We are rebuilding the store end to end, then putting the owner’s own audience in front of it.

Noosa Country Cat Hotel boards cats on the Sunshine Coast, and its guests kept asking where the tunnels, wands, stainless steel bowls and mats in the suites came from. Boopery is the answer: a cat store run by the same owner, stocking what she uses and trusts every day rather than a generic pet catalogue.
The store was live but almost invisible: hidden from search, a shipping promise that did not match the checkout, a first screen that did not say what the shop sells, and nothing counting what visitors did. Amy asked for someone to take the reins, say what stays, what goes and what changes, then do it.
A cat brand rebuilt store first: a new Shopify store, tracking that counts every order, then email, Google and Meta.
Every page of the store read from the outside, screenshot by screenshot, with what stays, goes and changes written in plain words before anything was agreed.
A new Shopify store designed around cats and the products she actually stocks, with the range, the product pages and the shipping promise rewritten to match.
Search visibility fixed, analytics, Search Console and the pixels installed, so every visit and every order is measured from the day the new store goes live.
Guest emails and numbers from the cat hotel become a Klaviyo list with flows and a first order offer, so the people who already trust her hear from the store first. Google and Meta follow once the store converts, and Amazon after that.
The rebuild is under way, store and content first, email next, then paid and the marketplace. The cat hotel keeps doing what it already does well, and now it feeds the store.
We have not published Boopery’s figures. A number goes on this site only when we can show it from the client’s own admin, with their permission and the dates beside it. These two are published that way:

Themed kids’ party packs and personalised party bags from a Victorian family business. We run their Meta ads.

An Amazon Australia account rebuilt listing by listing, so every claim matches the pack, with A+ content and a readable ad structure.
