Supplement E-commerce

Supplement marketing that respects the rules.

What’s included

Compliance-aware creative
Australian therapeutic goods advertising is regulated. Copy and creative written inside those limits from the first draft, not fixed after a rejection or a complaint.
Subscription & LTV strategy
Supplements have the best repeat economics in e-commerce when subscription is built properly. We optimise for lifetime value, not first-order ROAS.
Paid media that stays live
Health claims get accounts restricted. We write to platform policy as well as regulation, so campaigns keep running instead of getting flagged.
Education-led SEO
Ingredient, usage and comparison content that answers real questions and builds the authority these categories need to be trusted.
Creator & testimonial content
Authentic experience content within compliance limits, the balance most brands get wrong in one direction or the other.
Retention flows
Replenishment timing, subscription winback and dosage education. Churn is the whole game in supplements, and it’s solved with communication.

Why supplement brands stall

Compliance is an afterthought

Agencies write claims that regulation doesn’t allow, then act surprised when the account is restricted. Compliant-by-default is faster in the long run.

First-order ROAS drives decisions

Supplement acquisition often looks unprofitable on order one and excellent by order three. Optimising to first-order ROAS turns off your best campaigns.

Subscription is bolted on

A discount toggle isn’t a subscription strategy. Onboarding, timing and pause options decide whether it retains.

No education layer

People buy supplements after researching. Brands with no educational content compete on price alone, which is a race nobody wins.

Frequently asked questions

Can you guarantee our ads won’t be rejected?

No one honestly can, platform enforcement is inconsistent. What we can do is write within TGA advertising requirements and platform policy from the start, which dramatically reduces rejections and restrictions.

Do you handle TGA compliance?

We write marketing to those constraints and flag anything risky, but we’re not your regulatory adviser. For listed or registered products, your compliance specialist should review the claims, we’ll work to their guidance.

How important is subscription?

Usually decisive. Supplements are consumed and replaced, so subscription converts a marketing cost into an annuity. Brands that get it right can afford acquisition costs their competitors can’t.

What’s a realistic payback period?

Depends on your margin and repeat rate. Many supplement brands run at or near break-even on the first order and profit from order two onward, which is why measuring by cohort matters more than by campaign.
