What’s included

Unit economics analysis
Contribution margin by product and channel, customer acquisition cost and payback period. Nearly every bad marketing decision traces back to not knowing these.
Constraint diagnosis
Traffic, conversion, margin or retention, one of them is your actual bottleneck. Spending on the other three is the most common waste in e-commerce.
Channel plan
Which channels suit your margin, price point and buying cycle, in what order, with what budget. Sequencing matters more than selection.
Customer & LTV modelling
What a customer is worth over time, by cohort. This sets what you can afford to pay for one, the number that governs everything else.
Prioritised roadmap
Ranked by impact and effort, with owners and timelines. A strategy nobody can execute is a document, not a plan.
Measurement framework
The handful of numbers that should be reviewed monthly, and the ones that are vanity. Most dashboards need deleting more than extending.

Why growth strategies gather dust

They start with tactics

‘We should do TikTok’ is not a strategy. Channel choice is an output of economics, not an input.

They ignore the constraint

Pouring traffic into a store converting at 0.9% is expensive. Fix the binding constraint first, that’s usually the cheapest growth available.

There’s no economic model

Without contribution margin and payback, every channel debate is opinion against opinion.

Nobody executes them

A strategy without an owner and a sequence is theatre. Ours comes with a roadmap and, where you want it, the team to run it.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a paid engagement or part of the audit?

The free audit gives you a genuine read on the biggest opportunities. A full strategy engagement goes deeper, cohort modelling, channel plan and roadmap, and is scoped separately.

Do we have to use you to execute it?

No. You keep the strategy either way. Most clients do choose to execute with us, but it’s not a condition.

What data do you need?

Store analytics, ad accounts, and ideally cost-of-goods by product. The more accurate the margin data, the more useful the model.

How long does it take?

Typically two to three weeks for a full strategy engagement, depending on data availability and catalogue complexity.

Ready to make this channel pay?

Free growth audit: a ten-minute call, then the findings in writing. We look at what’s running now, what it’s costing you and where the next dollar of revenue is. You keep the findings either way.
